Here is how the process works:

2. Select a silencer for your firearm.  If you need help call us or call Silencer Shop support at (512) 931-4556 and they will take care of you. They are experts and can even help with adapters for your various firearms.
3. Complete the purchase online with Silencer Shop — they will also collect $200 for your ATF tax stamp.
4. E-mail or mail a copy of your NFA Trust** to Silencer Shop so they can complete all the ATF paperwork.
   ** If you do not have a NFA Trust you can obtain one here.
5. Go to the ATF E-Form Accounts website and create an account. Once you create the account you will need to set your 4 digit “pin”.
6. Silencer shop will communicate with us and prepare your ATF “E-forms”. You will then be notified via email when the forms are ready to to be “certified”.
7. You will need to come to United Gun Shop and “certify” your application. Once certified, the 90-180 day wait begins.
8. You will be notified via email that your Tax Stamp has been approved via email. Come on into the shop and we’ll complete a one page NICS background check, and upon approval you will leave with your new silencer — no additional fees or hassle!
